WATCH: An alcoholic and a health freak discuss their comedically different weekends

Your work life can have you mixing with people outside your normal social circle of friends and family which can lead to hilarious situations like this.

Meet Alcho and Fitness freak, otherwise known as Arms and Hog of Foil, Arms and Hog.

These pair wear similar suits and work side by side but that is where the similiarities end.

This sketch highlights the differences between the pair in this conversation about their weekend.

Fitness freak is running a triathlon (the activites include swimming, cycling and boasting) and jogging around housing estates to make other people feel bad about themselves before pigging out on Sunday by watching eurosport and eating a pasta salad.

Speaking about wild, alcho’s weekend involves a number of drinking exploits including pre-drinking, post drinking, scabby clubbing, a chipper run and a runner from a taxi followed by a lot of crying.

Tis the season for sequins and excess, but minimalists can stick to their style guns in the season’s next level neutrals. From low-key glitz that’s perfect for party wear to the wardrobe heroes with trans-seasonal appeal, slide into neutral for maximum style with minimal effort.
