The Hell and Back Challenge claims to be ’Ireland’s Toughest Mental & Physical Endurance Challenge’. Would you dare?

Seeing Clisare go through Ireland's muddiest playground is enough to make you want to cuddle up with hot chocolate by an open fire.
But for all the adrenaline junkies out there, the messy obstacle course will take you through rivers and lakes, over hills and mountains and crawling through bogs and swamps.
Organisers themselves say: "To survive, you must conquer all the elements thrown at you, whether that is the temperamental weather conditions, the gruelling natural environment or the torturous man-made obstacles."
So, are you ready for Hell and Back?"
