Tourist falls into well taking selfie, saved by locals with makeshift rope

One woman had a lucky escape after trying to take a selfie on holidays.

An Austrian woman had been visiting India and was trying to take a selfie with the Junagadh Fort when she slipped and fell 30 feet into a well.

After hearing shouts local tourists were quick to come to her aid, making a rope by tying shirts together and helping the woman out of the well.

Thankfully she only sustained minor injuries and we're sure she'll be grateful for the kindness of strangers for their help.

Be careful taking those selfies!
