Watch: Haunting song remembers the children who died during the Easter Rising

The people who took part in the 1916 Easter Rising have been remembered in many different ways over the last few months.

This song looks at the events from a different perspective: that of the innocent children that lost their lives during the Rising.

Written by singer-songwriter Aidan Doyle from Portarlington, Co Laois the haunting tune will leave you pondering the fate of 1916's forgotten casualties.
