There were high spirits in Cork as Cllr Ken O'Flynn opened the Crafts and Design Fair at the City Hall.
The Deputy Lord Mayor spent some time engaging with the stall owners in attendance with the Craft Fair celebrating its 25th year.
The fair is the country's biggest outside Dublin and features creations including jewellery, candles and cosmetics.
Admission is €5 and it runs until Sunday, November 27.
