Watch as Britain's Prince Harry undergoes live HIV test to raise awareness

Prince Harry joined the campaign to raise awareness of HIV testing by undergoing a test himself at St Thomas hospital in London on Facebook Live.

The test took lest than a minute and the results, which came back negative, followed shortly after.

He told press at the event that even those who don't believe they have been exposed should get tested in an effort to normalize the process. "It's better that everyone goes and gets tested....whether you're a man, woman, gay, straight, black, white, or even ginger, why wouldn't you get tested?"

Prince Harry will continue his campaign by traveling to south Africa next week for an international AIDS conference.

Fair play to him we say.
