20 years on Global stars have teamed up to remake the Video for the Spice girl's debut single 'Wannabe'

The Video is being used to highlighting a series of UN global goals for women and girls, which aim to make the world a safer and more equal place for females.

The video stars female celebrities from around the world, such as Nigeria and Canada, and was directed by young British filmmaker MJ Delaney.

Backed by Project Everyone and the global cinema advertising organisation 'What I Really Really Want' will be shown in cinemas around the world.

Now that's girl power.
