The current lineup of Apple iPad mini tablets is facing discontinuation due to low sales as the company prepares to launch its new line of iPad Pro tablets, according to a new report from BGR.

The report refers to sources familiar with the matter who state that Apple will not be continuing the iPad mini series due to declining sales that are a result of the availability of thinner and larger iPad models on the market.

Apple is expected to unveil a new 10.5-inch iPad Pro tablet at WWDC next month.
