Roy Keane predicts that Germany will knock-out Ireland’s conquerors

Roy Keane believes Germany will prevail against Ireland's conquerors France tonight to reach Sunday's Euro 2016 final.

Speaking last night in Paris, as part of ITV's punditry team, the Ireland assistant boss insisted the French defence which the Irish exposed for 45 minutes in the last-16 tie remains their weakness.

"Germany always find a way of getting through," said Keane.

"France are brilliant going forward but there are major question marks over their defence.

"We had a quick turnaround before playing them but we won't make excuses."
