League of Ireland club's viral video is a must watch for all football fans

Titled "The Captain's Armband" and featuring skippers past and present, the video is a nostalgic piece focusing on the role and responsibility of the captaincy.

Dundalk FC sponsors Fyffes have produced the video as the third part of their trilogy charting the team's historic SSE Airtricity League double win.

The video explores the extraordinary legacy of the team’s great captains and from 1960s skipper John Murphy to Dermot Keely who had the armband 20 years later right up to today’s captain Stephen O’Donnell.

The Lilywhites are currently in pole position in this year's league, as they seek to secure an unprecedented third title in a row.
