Sean Quigley on song as Fermanagh dominate

Fermanagh led 0-8 to 0-4 at half-time, Tomas Corrigan with three from play, and barring a five-minute spell in the first half, when Down hit three in a row, the visitors bossed this game.
Down went 20 minutes without scoring in each half while Sean Quigley showed his full range hitting all of Fermanagh’s six second-half points from dead balls and play.
Caolan Mooney and Barry O’Hagan hit early second-half points for Down but Quigley reeled off four in a row to put Fermanagh 0-13 to 0-6 ahead after 59 minutes.
It was all too easy for the visitors. Pete McGrath acknowledged afterwards that they could have won by a lot more, leaving Down with plenty of room for thought.
