Flynn set to miss Dubs league run-in

Paul Flynn is expected to miss Dublin’s remaining two round Division One games after tearing his hamstring against Tyrone on Saturday.

The two-time All Star was helped off the pitch after falling at the end of the game.

Dublin need just one more point to ensure they are in the Division One semi-finals and could yet qualify even if they fail to beat Down and Donegal in their last two games.

Victory for Cork in Tralee on Sunday would all but secure their semi-final spot and at the same time send Kerry down to Division Two next year. A draw between Kildare and Tyrone next Sunday would guarantee both sides places in the last four.
