Method

  1. Blitz the dates and apricots.

  2. Toss the seeds and nuts in the honey and add these to the date mixture until everything sticks together. Wet the palms of your hands and roll the mixture into balls.

  3. Place into the fridge to harden.

Ingredients

  • 80g Medjool dates, stones removed

  • 30g dried apricots

  • ½ tbsp of honey

  • 40g pumpkin seeds, roughly chopped

  • 30g sunflower seeds

  • 30g golden linseeds

  • 50g pecan nuts, roughly chopped
