Worth the price

No 127 Cooper’s Grange, Ballincollig, has asking price of €345,000.

THE first resale in Cooper’s Grange, Ballincollig, Co Cork is this three-bed semi – and it’s already under offer.

That’s according to Norma Healy of Sherry FitzGerald.

She’s looking for offers closer to the asking price of €345,000 for 127 Cooper’s Grange, however, and says the house is worth it – adding that it’s in walk-in condition. Plus, it has that most desirable of home attributes, a west-facing garden, so the sun is there for you when you get home from work.

Modern, clean and with that mellow yellow signature of noughties O’Flynn Construction schemes, the house has a decent 1,357 square feet and is a walk to the centre of Ballincollig.
