It’s only been a few years since No 26 Tracton Avenue was last up for sale, but this time around, it’s quite a different proposition.

The current owners of this good-sized four-bed semi-d in Cork’s Montenotte bought it in 2014, and it shows on the Price Register at €242,500.

Today, No 26 Tracton Avenue is price-guided at €355,000 by agent Jeremy Murphy, who also sold the upgraded No 32 last year, when it fetched €355,000 .
He says the 1,650 sq ft No 26 has a bright, modern interior, with quality extras, and has four double bedrooms (no en suite) plus family bathroom upstairs, with shower over the bath.
Below, there’s a bright, large hall, a kitchen/dining room with cream gloss units with pale stone tops, twin Neff ovens and a tiled floor, as well as a living room to the front, with deep window and multi-fuel stove, a lounge to the side with patio door to the expanse of cobble lock front drive/garden, and guest WC.
Behind is a mature garden with stone walls, raised lawn, and paved patio.
