The mid-terrace home is a few minute walk to all of Ballincollig’s burgeoning services, as well as being close to the access road to the by-pass, and has the amenity Ballincollig Regional Park and the Lee almost to the rear.

The agent says it’s ideal for first time buyers, or a trader-down, and it is currently rented, producing €750 per month if there’s investor interest.
