When a builder of large houses in Killarney came to his own, he knew exactly what he wanted, says Trish Dromey.

A BRIGHT purple wall in a living room has the potential to be decoratively dreadful, but in the case of 3 Coolgarriv Park in Aghadoe, Killarney, it’s a stylish and striking feature used to showhouse effect.
A height of the boom house , this was built in 2006 by a builder who had picked up new design, décor and colour ideas from a variety large properties he had worked on around Killarney.
