That was seen clearly in the launch this month of 60 Bromley Park, up above Cork’s suburban Douglas off Donnybrook Hill.
Estate agent Garry O’Donnell of ERA Downey McCarthy had 20 viewers through 60 Bromley Park on its first two open-view sessions, and it impressed most, thanks to its rear kitchen/diner extension, and the quality of its revamped, fresh interior.
“It’s a super property, extended and finished to an extremely high standard,” says Mr O’Donnell of this now-1,250 sq ft home, with three bedrooms, and two ground floor reception rooms, plus ground level shower room as a bonus.
ERA say it’s ideal for first-time buyers but has had a mix of viewers due to its extra square footage.
