EVERY ounce of space has been used, and used well at 2, Gleann Caoin, says estate agent Trish Stokes of Lisney, Cork, about this home with over 2,400 sq ft as it now stands, thanks to the addition of a rear high-ceilinged sun room.
There’s only a handful of homes in this early 2000s niche scheme around a green in the cul de sac Gleann Caoin, near the foot of Church Hill in Glanmire. No 8 Gleann Caoin sold in early 2014, according to the Price Register, making a reported €300,000.
