Ballyvourney splendour beckons

A modern-build with an impressive BER rating, Derrynasaggart is a winner, says Tommy Barker

NOT only will you be in rural splendour in this modern-build Ballyvourney home on the Cork/Kerry border, but you’ll also be cosy inside — it’s got a B1 BER energy rating.

Just a half a mile off the main Killarney road (and visible from it) and very recently built, in stone, it’s respectful to the traditional vernacular, without being a slave to it.
