A modern office suite in the tax-driven Atrium development in Cork’s Blackpool has a sale price of €250 per sq ft — down from an original launch price of close to €300 psf.
The relaunched unit 2C, with 3,800 sq ft, is for sale via Declan Hickey of Downing Commercial who says it is i excellent order, with 12 car parking spaces.
It originally would have had 90% capital allowances under the 1994-2004 Urban Renewal Scheme, and there are remaining capital allowances with the units, said Mr Hickey.
