Adams locates last Disappeared: Kenny

Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said that Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams has informed him that the remaining bodies of the Disappeared are buried in Meath or Monaghan.

The revelation came as Mr Kenny discussed his department’s expenditure, which includes the peace process as well as funds for meetings with families of the Disappeared.

Mr Kenny also revealed that costs for the Moriarty Tribunal — which produced its final report in March 2011 — were still mounting. Up to €1.4m has been set aside for third-party costs this year, he told TDs at an Oireachtas committee yesterday.
