Sean Dempsey will step up from his U21 managerial role and take charge of the Laois senior footballers next season, it has been confirmed.

Former Laois hurler Niall Rigney was appointed last night as manager of the Laois senior hurling team, following the resignation of Damian Fox at the Heritage Hotel in Portlaoise.
