Seanie Johnston’s proposed transfer to Kildare has been knocked back again by Croke Park’s Central Competition’s Control Committee (CCCC).

THIS year’s All Star footballers and hurlers will each receive €1,500 with the player of the year in each code picking up a cheque to the tune of €5,000.

The GAA have confirmed that the Allianz Football League game between Meath and Cork, due to take place in Pairc Tailteann Navan on Saturday evening next at 7pm, will not now take place as originally scheduled.
