Airport operator, the daa Group, has been ordered to pay €1,000 in compensation for discriminating against a deaf man who missed a flight at Dublin airport during Storm Ali.
The Daa expects to retain control of Cork Airport and plans to invest €40m in its development over the next four-to-five years.
The Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) is projecting that passenger numbers at Dublin Airport will increase by a further 3.2 million people to 31.1 million by 2020.
A MAJOR shake-up is expected at Cork and Shannon airports as the Government drafts in top consultants to look at their futures.
