QUMAS, the Irish based provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions, has announced today that it has been named by Forrester Research as a leader in the “Forrester WaveTM: Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance Platforms, Q4 2007” report released on December 21, 2007.

QUMAS, the Cork-based compliance-related software manufacturer is to change its management structure as it aims to increase its business presence in key international markets.

Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Micheál Martin today officially opened QUMAS’s new Research and Development Centre at Cleve Business Park, Cork.
