Gardaí in Waterford are continuing their investigations into a fatal road accident yesterday.

GARDAÍ believe that despite the deaths of seven people in traffic accidents over Christmas there will still be fewer road fatalities this year.

One person has been killed in a two-car crash in Co Waterford. The man, who was a driver of one of the cars, was in his 70s.
