Around 220 Irish troops stationed in Lebanon are being reunited with their loved ones today.

A total of 230 Irish soldiers are arriving in Lebanon this morning, to begin a six-month tour of duty.

Irish troops will be put through their paces today ahead of their deployment to Lebanon.
