Would you drink gin made from peas?
Michelle Darmody does not keep a huge amount in my freezer, some nice bread sliced, with some baking parchment in between each slice to make it easy for toasting, some pastry for baking tarts or quiches, a bag of peas, and one of frozen mixed berries.
IS there anything comparable to the delicate, delectable and innocently sweet taste of fresh peas popped straight from the pod?
