Wind, waves, and tidal energy generation will be needed to pay for deficits and losses due to climate change. We must audit and mitigate loss. Are we really prepared to burden our children and grandchildren with the harsh effects of climate change on top of burdens of debt from the bogus boom? Can we avoid burdening them any further? How can we mitigate their loss?
