Open studio invitation at Castlefreke

Artist Geraldine O’Sullivan will welcome visitors to her open studio and gardens at Castlefreke, Clonakilty, West Cork from 12 noon to 6pm, Aug 18 and 19.

Geraldine’s two-day exhibition is one of West Cork’s most popular events.

There is no entry fee but a raffle of a framed edition print entitled ‘The Offering’ will be held in aid of the RNLI.

Geraldine’s original painting was presented to President Michael D Higgins and his wife Sabina at this year’s Listowel Writers Week to commemorate the tragic loss of life after the sinking of the Tit Bonhomme in Glandore Harbour in January this year.

Geraldine’s exhibition will feature her unique interior paintings and her stunning seascapes.

Directional signs from Clonakilty and Rosscarbery off the N71.
