KIERON GRIBBON

Beginner’s Pluck

After college, Kieron Gribbon worked in various building and civil engineering consultancies. He worked in an architect’s office, and for a survey company surveying the motorway from Dublin to Galway.

In 1997 he took up hill walking.

“Quite early on, I decided to visit the highest peaks in every county in Ireland. I completed the challenge in April 2011. Along the way, I realised there wasn’t a specific guidebook, yet more and more people were attempting the challenge.”
