FG councillor joins Labour

David O’Byrne won a seat on Passage West Town Council in Co Cork at last June’s local elections.

“This was not an easy decision to make… I wish to serve the people of Passage West and Monkstown to the utmost of my ability.

“I believe that I can do that best as a member of the Labour Party.”

Labour leader Eamon Gilmore welcomed Mr O’Byrne to the party.
