Six still held over man’s murder

GARDAÍ are continuing to question six people in connection with the murder of Lee Slattery last May.

A man and a teenage girl who were arrested as part of the investigation have been released from garda custody pending further investigation.

The body of the 24-year-old from Ballynanty was discovered by members of his family in a shallow grave at Knockalisheen Road near Moyross, Limerick, on last May 31.

Gardaí believe he may have been killed over a small drugs debt.
