Daltrey brings Tommy to Marlay

ROGER DALTREY, lead singer of The Who, will perform the group’s rock opera Tommy in Marlay Park on July 26.

The Who never played the complete Tommy live. Daltrey premiered the show at The Royal Albert Hall in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust on March 25 and is taking it on the road. The 20 million-selling double album also spawned a successful 1975 film of the same name.

Tickets cost €39.50 and €44.50 including booking fee and go on sale on May 12.
