Externally, there’s communal parking at the entrance to the terrace, No 5 has a small front lawn and decking with views. 

Behind is a yard with access to Sunday’s Well Avenue and glimpsed also to the back is an attractive period home in the throes of a full restoration project.

VERDICT: A quirky buy.
