Three-bed semi for €300,000

WITH deals done in recent weeks in the near vicinity, estate agent Michael O’Donovan of Sherry FitzGerald knows that there’s demand for the St Luke’s Cross/Gardiner’s Hill Montenotte area of Cork city.

He’s just gone “sale agreed” on 3, Willmount, off Gardiner’s Hill, an attractive and sizeable period semi-d likely to be a bit shy of its €420,000 guide, probably a sub€400,000 sale, as well as on another terraced house on Gardiner’s Hill the hill which also has bid well, hovering around €300,000 in bids.

And, that’s the sort of €300,000 figure where No 9 St Anne’s Drive, Montenotte comes up for sale at.

The 1930s three-bed semi has about 1,100 sq ft, thanks to a small back add-on, and some original features left as well, such as terrazzo flooring. It has gas heating, and a concrete front garden/drive, and a longer grassed back garden.
