This scheme of c 28 detacheds, a few miles west of Cork city and Ballincollig off the Macroom/Kerry road, dates to the early 2000s, and at the time offered families looking to trade up west of the city the chance to get very decent sized homes, on large sites.

VERDICT: Summer’s coming, so new owners could be dining al fresco in a few months’ time by the patio and pergola.
