The dormer home, on the market with Frances O’Brien of Don Murphy Associates for €205,000, will suit those wanting inside and outside space, as it is highly extendable to the side, with good gardens, garage, outbuildings etc.

VERDICT: Although needing updating, there’s lots to recommend this, from its location, site size and detached status.
