OH there’s nothing like a fixer-upper to get the imagination racing. Take one wreck, add a few bob, time, effort and a good dash of stress and get a one-off, customised cottage.

This could be made into one big, kitchen/living/dining room with a bank of glass at the rear as the yard is south-west facing. Worth a look for first-timers.
