Derval O'Rourke joins National Dairy Council’s Moo Crew

Sprint hurdler Derval O’Rourke has joined the National Dairy Council’s Moo Crew to help promote the health benefits of dairy, a balanced diet and exercise to primary school children.

She attended the NDC’s ‘Moo Crew — Primary Dairy Moovement’ in Airfield Farm, Dublin. Children competed for junior and senior category prizes.

The junior category was won by the junior class of Little Angels Special School, Letterkenny, Co Donegal, taught by Daire Diver.

The senior category was won by fourth and fifth class of Sacred Heart Primary School, Granard, Co Longford, taught by Carmel Shaughnessy and Grace McGauran.
