BOI to sell euro floating-rate notes

BANK OF IRELAND PLC plans to sell two-year floating-rate notes in euros, according to a banker involved in the transaction.

The notes may pay interest of about 105 basis points more than the euro interbank offered rate, or Euribor, said the banker, who declined to be identified because the deal is not yet complete.

HSBC Holdings Plc, UBS AG and UniCredit SpA will manage the issue, the banker said.
