Wall collapses at Moscow building - casualties reported

A wall collapsed at an administrative building in the Russian capital today, an emergency official said, and a Russian news agency reported an unknown number of casualties.

The incident occurred just before 10am (7am Irish time), said the duty officer with the federal Emergency Situations Ministry and rescuers were travelling to the site.

The officer had no information on injuries or deaths, but the RIA-Novosti news agency reported casualties.
