Three killed in Afghanistan hospital blast

At least three people have been killed and many wounded in a blast inside Kabul’s main military hospital, the Afghan Defence Ministry said today.

Defence Ministry spokesman General Mohammed Zaher Azimi said the blast occurred inside a tent on the grounds of the Mohammad Daud Khan military hospital in central Kabul.

He said the army is checking if the explosion was caused by a bomb or a suicide bomber.
