Mandela spends second day in hospital with lung infection

Nelson Mandela is spending a second day in hospital after being readmitted with a lung infection.

The 94-year-old is said to be very frail, but responding well to treatment.

The former South African president spent more than two weeks in hospital with the same condition in December.

Earlier, US President Barack Obama wished him well.
