Man released after death of footballer's brother

Police investigating the death of England footballer Jermain Defoe's half-brother have released on bail a man they were questioning.

The 28-year-old was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.

Jade Defoe, who was 26, died of head injuries on Friday night following a street attack in Leytonstone, east London, on Monday.
