Man dies following Manchester party stabbing

Police in Britain are investigating a fatal stabbing following a house party in Manchester.

Officers were called to a house in Rutland Road in Tyldesley, Greater Manchester, shortly after 3am and discovered a man with serious wounds to his torso.

The 23-year-old was taken to hospital but later died of his injuries.

Detective Superintendent Jon Chadwick said: “We are in the very early stages of this investigation, however we believe there was an argument following a party on Devon Road which has led to this man’s death.

“I would ask anyone who may have seen or heard two men arguing outside a house on Devon

Road or Rutland Road to contact police."
