Magaluf clamps down on late-night alcohol after summer of scandals

Holidaymakers could be banned from drinking on the streets of Magaluf this summer.

Town hall bosses have proposed new rules to prevent the drunken sex scandals that rocked the Majorcan resort last year.

The plans will stop shops selling alcohol after midnight, and fine tourists who jump from their balconies.
