Hillary Clinton back on the campaign trail and 'doing great'

Hillary Clinton has told supporters she's "doing great" - as she returns to campaigning for the US presidency after recovering from pneumonia.

Her Republican rival has made reference to her recent health problems during an interview with a TV doctor.

Donald Trump says he believes presidential candidates have an "obligation" to be healthy.

But, speaking at a rally in North Carolina, Mrs Clinton played down her illness: "This was an ailment that many people just power through and that is what I though I would do as well.

"I didn't want to stop, I didn't want to quit campaigning, I certainly didn't want to miss the 9/11 memorial."
