Divorce-deal man in contempt for failing to hand over Mercs and Harley

A man ordered to give his estranged wife two Mercedes cars and a Harley Davidson motorcycle as part of a divorce pay-out has been found to be in contempt of court and given a two-month suspended prison sentence.

Libor Krejci had failed to hand a Mercedes SL350, a Mercedes CL500 and a Harley Davidson Hugger – worth £16,000 in total – to Gillian Hope and was in contempt, a judge ruled after a hearing in the Family Division of the High Court in London.

Mr Justice Bodey said Mr Krejci would be sent to jail if he did not comply with the order in the near future.

He had also been ordered to pay his estranged wife a £268,000 lump sum and £100,000 towards her legal costs.
